<div>THUNDER | JOB DESCRIPTION</div>Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones) Job Summary: As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CRM products including all third-party software integrations, most specifically within Service Cloud.  Taking a leadership role in projects, you will be the primary point of contact for Thunders Customer Success Manager (CSM) and clients, and will delegate cases to all project team members. You will also be accountable for each project team member’s performance within the project. Ideal candidates are Subject-matter experts in your field and as such, will provide mentorship to the more junior members of the team! Role + Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage cases and tasks assigned on a daily basis</li> <li>Work on and resolve cases within the specified SLAs</li> <li>Handle all basic administrative and development functions such as, but not limited to, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, etc</li> <li>Handle basic Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations (e.g. appexchange installations, outlook integration)</li> <li>Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams</li> <li>Collaborate with members of the user community to define and document development requirements</li> <li>Participate in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application design</li> <li>Provide an accurate status report to the project lead consultant</li> <li>Provide end user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements</li> <li>Act as the immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Developers</li> <li>Subject-matter expert who can provide assistance to anyone who seeks help</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>3-5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce or 7+ years experience developing for other platforms, most specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud</li> <li>Demonstrated mastery in relational databases, object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle, algorithm analysis</li> <li>Mastery of languages like Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML</li> <li>Great work ethic</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment</li> <li>Creative, critical thinker, analytical (ability to think out of the box)</li> <li>Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Time-management and priority management skills</li> <li>Effective communication skills (i.e. able to translate technical requirements into business language)</li> <li>Ability to be proactive, and work efficiently and productively with very minimal supervision</li> <li>Dependable and trustworthy</li> </ul> Thunder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, and is deeply committed to building and supporting our diverse team through inclusive, equitable hiring practices.
