Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.</li> <li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.</li> <li>Team and Program Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.</li> <li>Growth and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts.
