<div>The Role</div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>We are seeking a talented and driven Field Marketing Manager to support our continued growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), a strategic priority for ThoughtSpot within our broader EMEA region. This role will sit within our EMEA field marketing team, with a dedicated focus on the DACH market, closely aligned with our DACH Sales team and in particular partnering with the DACH Leader to drive commercial success.You’ll bring proven experience working with high-performing Strategic Sales teams, delivering measurable impact through regional campaigns, field marketing programs, and demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, customer-obsessed, and excited to localise and scale marketing efforts that resonate in the DACH region.As Field Marketing Manager, DACH, you’ll own the planning, execution, and performance of marketing programs tailored to this region, developing and executing local campaigns, customer events, and partner activations that directly support pipeline growth and acceleration. Youll collaborate with Sales, aligning on joint go-to-market strategies, account-based marketing efforts, and local content requirements.Youll join a dynamic, results-driven team, working cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and operations teams. You’ll also lead the strategy, planning, and execution of several large-scale programs. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Integrated Campaigns, Brand, Communications, and Partner teams to streamline processes, execute marketing programs, and manage campaigns and events. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, offering valuable exposure to advance your marketing career with ThoughtSpot.What Youll Do:<ul><li>Strategise, plan, execute, manage, and optimise end-to-end field marketing programs for the DACH region, aligned to regional goals and revenue targets.</li><li>Collaborate with DACH and EMEA sales, sales development, and global teams (brand, communications, demand marketing) to build programs that drive theatre pipeline and revenue targets.</li><li>Serve as the voice of the DACH region, ensuring global marketing campaigns and messaging are localised and resonate with the regional audience.</li><li>Partner with the global and regional Partner Marketing teams to activate joint programs that increase partner engagement and co-sell opportunities in the DACH region.</li><li>Own the management of branded merchandise, event assets, and localisation needs specific to DACH campaigns and experiences.</li><li>Plan, support, and execute both small and large-scale industry events, regional ThoughtSpot-hosted events, customer roundtables, and third-party sponsorships and programs across the DACH region.</li><li>Continuously track, analyse, and report on the performance of regional programs and campaigns, identifying insights to improve ROI and increase ThoughtSpot’s brand presence in DACH.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>Proven marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment</li><li>Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience</li><li>Proficiency in building, launching, and analysing campaigns using modern Martech tools</li><li>Success in managing multiple cross-channel marketing programs concurrently</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and results</li><li>Experience in program budget management and ensuring operational efficiency</li><li>Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven, measurable results</li><li>Innovative approach—willingness to test, learn, and adapt</li><li>Skilled in managing competing priorities and multitasking effectively</li><li>Strong organisational and time management abilities</li><li>Comfortable with open briefs and working autonomously</li><li>Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time</li></ul> #LI-JV2#LI-Remote</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>What makes ThoughtSpot a great place to work?ThoughtSpot is the experience layer of the modern data stack, leading the industry with our AI-powered analytics and natural language search.
