<div>The Role We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Emerging Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Germany. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with high-potential, mid-market to lower enterprise organisations across the DACH region, with a primary focus on Germany. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, championing our innovative platform and leading them through a consultative, value-based sales process.</div><div><div><div><div>The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B software sales—ideally within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data platforms—and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you’re passionate about solving customer challenges and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for emerging enterprise accounts in the DACH region</li><li>Develop strong, multi-threaded relationships within target organisations, from departmental stakeholders to C-level executives</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term success</li><li>Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to both technical and business audiences</li><li>Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and evolving product capabilities</li><li>Share market feedback with internal teams to inform go-to-market strategy and product development</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets</li><li>Experience selling into mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts in the DACH region, preferably with a focus on Germany</li><li>Familiarity with the Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data ecosystem is a plus</li><li>Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English</li><li>A consultative, customer-centric sales approach focused on delivering value</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to team success</li></ul>#LI-Remote #LI-JV2</div></div></div></div>What makes ThoughtSpot a great place to work?ThoughtSpot is the experience layer of the modern data stack, leading the industry with our AI-powered analytics and natural language search.
