We are looking for a Sales Strategy Associate to help shape and scale our go-to-market approach by delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. You’ll combine analytical rigour with business intuition to uncover opportunities, streamline processes, and support high-impact sales decisions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our sales trajectory while developing both your analytical and strategic skill sets in a high-growth technology environment. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work directly with sales leadership and partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Finance, and others to improve revenue performance. 

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced consulting or high-growth tech environment and is comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.



Duties
  • Develop sophisticated data analyses of sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts that inform sales leadership and drive executive decision-making and sales strategy. 

  • Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies.

  • Create compelling, action-oriented dashboards and presentations that distill complex data into clear strategic narratives for leadership. 

  • Partner with sales leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives that improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal values. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Finance, Strategy) on forecasting, planning, and territory design.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity across Salesforce and other reporting systems.

  • Document processes and best practices, ensuring adoption across the sales team.


Requirements

Essential
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and quantitative analytics skills, ideally gained in consulting, sales strategy, or revenue operations. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).  

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable presenting to executives and collaborating across teams.

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Desirable
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or software environments or background in consulting with exposure to sales transformation or go-to-market strategy projects
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (particularly Salesforce) and sales analytics. 

  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data manipulation languages to enhance analytical capabilities
