<div>Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Where you’ll be working:</b> Knoxville or Atlanta.  Relocation may be provided.</div><div><br /></div><div>The Sr. Data Analyst will report directly to the Associate Director and VP, Analytics.  You will be managing the planning, execution, evaluation and effective communication of data-driven, digital results and insights.  This includes the development and implementation of holistic, cross-channel measurement (and testing) plans.</div><div> </div><h3>What youll be doing:</h3><ul><li><b>Measurement Strategy:</b></li><li>  Developing (with team) and executing cross channel media measurement and testing plans</li><li>  Developing (with team) and executing sales funnel analysis, lifetime value analysis, customer segmentation and forecasting</li><li>  Developing (with team) and executing tagging strategy </li><li>  Ensuring appropriate analytics integration into agency production processes</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Assessment and Analysis:</b></li><li>  Interpreting media marketing data and analyze its effects on KPIs and ROI</li><li>  Delivering analyses (i.e. insights and actions) via the appropriate means (e.g. dashboards, deep dive analyses, infographics, etc.)</li><li>  Presenting results in a simple, story-telling fashion</li><li>  Collaborating with numerous partners and agency departments to keep analyses integrated and focused.</li></ul><h3>What you bring:</h3><ul><li>3+ years of working with analysis of digital media channels in a business environment; prior experience working in an ad agency is a plus</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Tableau</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Marketing and Digital Marketing</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Web Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)</li><li>In-depth experience with AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, DCM is a plus</li><li>SQL knowledge or experience with database administration a plus</li><div><br /></div><div>Critical Success Factors and Key Personal Competencies:</div><li>An analytical mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative strategic thinking</li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make recommendations</li><li>Experience in presenting analyses to both small and large groups</li><li>Bachelors in Marketing or Analytics and/or equivalent work experience</li><li>Masters in Marketing or Business Analytics a plus</li></ul><div><b>Why Join Tombras Analytics?</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Tombras Analytics sits at the cornerstone of Connecting Data + Creativity for Business Results and delivers Diagnostic, Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics across both internal teams and a diverse global, national and regional client base.
