The main challenges for this position are the collaborator management, people development, follow up the tactical implementation plan, ensure the brand protection and novelty confidentially and participation with other plants to share standard methodologies. Core Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for promoting and ensuring the integrity of employees through security tools implemented in the organization (e.g. Proactive safety, risk place assessment, process confirmation, LOTO) </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance of quality and safety standard (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS) </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure and maintain production plan fulfillment, maximizing and optimizing resources and producing in sequence. </li></ul><ul><li>Training plan execution and fulfillment. </li></ul><ul><li>Follow up and compliance of area KPI’s. </li></ul><ul><li>Participation in the deployment of business strategy in their group. </li></ul><ul><li>Execution of HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP) </li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for generating a work environment based on the principles and values of the organization (PULSE). </li></ul><ul><li>Give support to continuous improvement program (LCI tools) </li></ul><ul><li>Problem solving through root cause analysis and implementation of improvements </li></ul>Do you have what it takes?  <ul><li>Production leader with experience leading minimum a group of 30 operators. </li><li>Leadership: Able to lead others and likewise, motivate staff and focus on himself and his team development, decision- making ability, high sense of belonging. </li><li>Communication: high communication skills to develop local and global relationships in his work area and motivate to the team. </li></ul><ul><li>Interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, focus on staff welfare, proactive and service attitude, high level of personal and professional ethics. </li></ul><ul><li>Capacity of analysis and problem solving. </li></ul><ul><li>Holistic and strategic vision to enable it to take decisions in the short and medium term. </li></ul><ul><li>PC medium level (office), projects execution, coordinated management system (safety and quality). </li></ul><ul><li>Work Shift 4x4 (6:00am to 6:00pm - 6:00pm to 6:00am) </li></ul>Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position  Join the global LEGO® team The LEGO® Group recruits and develops people entirely on merit.
