Create processes and systems to facilitate the execution of production planning (Final Pack, Pre pack, and Processing).<h2>Core Responsibilities</h2><h2>Internal Processes:</h2><ul><li>Responsible for improving, mapping processes and document on Final pack, Pre-pack, and processing planning with a mindset of simplification and continuous improving.</li><li>Responsible to lead, implement, design local systems on Final pack and Pre-pack planning using new software solutions to avoid errors, reducing the workload of the team and at the same time maintaining or even growing quality on deliverables</li><li>Responsible for the creation and implementation of systems in the Processing Production Planning area focus on improve and maintain the healthy inventory in decorated elements.</li></ul><h2>External Finished Good Supplier:</h2><ul><li>Responsible to Ensure the Finished Goods inventory levels at the RDC planned in the External Finished Good site.</li><li>Attend External Finished Good Supplier Weekly Production Meeting and trigger actions in case of any deviations to put in risk to deliver on time the weekly plan.</li><li>Supervise the elements inventory at the External Finished Good supplier and be responsible for the creation of the deliveries (POs) to ensure the availability at the site.</li><li>Execute the Engineering Change Order (ECOs) for the external finished good supplier to have a proficient “roll in” of a new material that is going to become part of a Bill of Material (BOM) or a “roll out” of the old material that has been replaced, all this, when is applicable.</li></ul><h2>Other:</h2><ul><li>Responsible and own the implementation and training of Digital and /or LEGO production Planning Systems which impact the production planning area (Final pack, Pre-pack, and Processing)</li><li>Responsible to elaborate and update the GSC weekly report for LOM and for the external Finished Good Supplier</li></ul>Do you have what it takes?<ul><li>Experience in production planning processes including Inventory Analysis</li><li>Proven experience on VSM(Value Stream Mapping)</li><li>Experience using a digital visualization tools such as Power BI or others.</li><li>Demonstrate open and structure communication style (spoken and written)</li><li>Experience to work with a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Experience working with SAP.</li><li>Experience in sophisticated Excel.</li><li>Experience in problem solving methodology.</li><li>Attention to detail, be creative to develop a new process based on the experience and needs.</li><li>English fluent level.</li><li>Note: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores.
