We are responsible for inventory allocation, order prioritization, and the maintenance of optimal stock levels to align with customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Our goal is to optimize inventory distribution and order fulfillment to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.The Order Management Specialist is responsible for driving order fulfilment processes and ensuring orders are compliant to LEGO requirements for a select group of accounts. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, a focus on continuous improvement, and a commitment to fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance process transparency and order execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, challenges the status quo, and identifies solutions to solve everyday business challenges.<h2></h2><h2>Core Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Support and drive order management processes, ensuring quality of orders and timely execution</li><li>Create and deliver clear, data-driven reports to provide insights to orders status and order fulfillment</li><li>Develop and implement improved business processes to drive efficiency and scalability within the Demand Management team</li><li>Root cause and troubleshoot system and/or order-related issues, and escalate to the team</li><li>Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve challenges</li></ul>Do you have what it takes?<ul><li>Proficient in SAP or similar order management system</li><li>Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization</li><li>Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus</li><li>Experience in order processing, order management systems, and/or inventory management</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making</li><li>Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective partnerships across cross-functional teams</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization</li><li>Embraces different ideas, opinions, and approaches to support building an inclusive culture</li><li>Boston office based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.</li></ul>The salary for this position has a range of min 81,631 to 122,447 max annual based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
