Please note: This position can be based in our LEGO® office in London or Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities

  • Delivering strategic and data & insights led commercial & marketing plans

  • Driving the marketing effectiveness agenda, ensuring continuous optimization of the marketing mix and implementation of econometric analysis

  • Managing the eCommerce marketing team budget, including month end and year end reporting.

  • Identifying and implementing eCommerce marketing team budget optimizations, and assisting the executional team with implementation

  • Partnering with the supply chain optimization and planning team to reflect marketing contributions to overall business planning and performance

  • Partnering with the regional Marketing Planning & Performance and Brand teams to drive and deliver Regional Campaign Performance Reviews across key drive periods.

  • Key collaborator to wider team member deliverables such as the annual commercial planning process and business performance reviews, also including ad hoc requests from the senior leadership teams

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Performance & Planning Manager to join our Western European eCommerce team. In this role, you will lead and support the development of data-driven commercial and marketing strategies, driving the effectiveness of our full funnel digital marketing efforts while ensuring alignment with broader regional and global business goals. You’ll be joining a team of Amazon Ads experts who work in the LEGO Group’s Western Europe eCommerce Centre of Excellence. This team’s primary function is to manage our relationship with Amazon Europe and maximise our sales with the retailer, and you will play a key role in ensuring that we effectively invest with them.

Do you have what it takes

  • Some years of experience managing and activating large media budgets in either an agency or in-house digital marketing role

  • Experience in creating and implementing effective ways of working within large and/or complex organizations

  • Expertise in digital marketing and in making data-driven and strategic decisions that achieve ambitious performance goals

  • A passion for data and analysis, and breaking down complexity to create impactful narratives that drive behavioral changes

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others

  • Highly skilled in Excel for advanced data analysis and comfortable working with a variety of marketing planning tools and technologies to support strategic decision-making.

  • Preferably previous experience working with Retail Media platforms, including Amazon Ads

  • Proficient in English
