Job DescriptionWe are looking for you to lead our amazing Operations team and support our markets in delivering extraordinary performance and commercial results!This is a key role in performing the strategic direction of the EUC (DACH) business unit, leading and developing a strong team of ~30 colleagues to drive the continuous improvement culture and setting and delivering challenging operational objectives.Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create a robust EUC demand signal to our global production facilities by creating joint business plans between sales and marketing ambitions under consideration of supply and production constraints.</li><li>Establish the strategic objectives for your department ensuring they are delivering against both the commercial and operational needs of the business.</li><li>You will be part of our Europe Central leadership team and contribute to our organizational commercial goals and people plans, driving the overarching business with the team.</li><li>Represent the voice of the Europe Central BU and retailers within the European Operations Network.</li><li>Further build the capabilities of the EUC Operations team to ensure that we deliver above-average service to our retail partners.</li><li>Drive clear focus behind the delivery of key performance metrics: In-stock, retail inventory weeks of cover, item level, shipment forecast accuracy and BU level Consumer Sales Forecast Bias.</li><li>Build positive relationships and collaboration between teams within the business unit and with regional partners at all levels.</li><li>Partner with the EMEA team to deliver continuous improvement projects for the EUC BU to help support the digitalization journey.</li></ul>Play your part in our team succeedingThis role helps plan the longer-term strategic direction of LEGO EUC (DACH) and is responsible for bringing a balanced view that represents the needs of our consumers, partners and our own.
