You will also:<ul><li>Assess the impact of new laws and regulations, advising on required updates to policies and processes.</li><li>Act as a central liaison between BSO, People Partnering, Rewards, Global Tax, and external vendors on compliance-related topics.</li><li>Lead communication efforts, ensuring partners are aligned on upcoming changes and related implications.</li><li>Develop and deliver training to HR, payroll, and other business teams on emerging compliance requirements.</li><li>Prepare reports and dashboards to inform leadership of compliance status, key risks, and mitigation progress.</li><li>Support audits by providing accurate documentation and contributing to effective risk management.</li></ul>This is a temporary position for 2 years as part of a strategic project focused on enhancing global payroll compliance.
