It will provide strategic partnering to the Senior Vice President heading up Procurement and her leadership team (currently composed of 5 VPs, Senior Directors and Directors) located globally.The role will be based in Singapore and report to the Head of APAC People Partnering. This role will also work very closely with the Global People partner for Operations and also with other PPC Partners/ Site leads/COEs across regions.<h2>Core responsibilities include:</h2><ul><li>Being Accountable for setting direction and implementation of the People agenda in Global Procurement, based on direction from PPC and Operations Strategy/Priorities</li><li>Partner the Transformation of the Procurement organization and facilitate the organizational change processes to enable the delivery of the strategic direction. This includes capabilities in the space of Sustainability, Cost Engineering, Resilience, Digitalization and Technology into Products</li><li>Facilitate organizational change processes and enable the organization for the delivery of the strategic direction (capability assessment and building processes), support leadership team in org development, talent management; co-create and drive the engagement agenda</li><li>Act as Coach and strategic partner for SVP Procurement and the Procurement leadership team, focusing on driving performance and team efficiency</li><li>Advise and co-develop the leadership team as ONE TEAM within Procurement</li><li>Support the Leadership Team and leaders in Organization design, Talent management, enabling Diversity &amp; Inclusion and the Engagement agenda</li><li>Act as trusted sparring partner for people leaders for their team’s people agenda</li><li>Lead strong and impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Communities of Excellence</li><li>Be accountable for strategic headcount planning, organizational / workforce governance and recruitment prioritization within Procurement (including org design principles i.e. spans and layers, Headcount management)</li><li>Leverage CoE’s as business needs emerge that can be supported through our Operational teams (e.g. global rewards, global mobility, Employee Relations and shared service center)</li></ul><h2>Play your part in our team succeeding!</h2>This role is part of the ‘People Partnering team’ as part of the PPC organization.People Partnering organization covers HR / People /Business partnering and also local operations that includes employee relations, benefits, policies and execution. The partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people &amp; culture agenda in line with the company strategic direction. The operations organization serves as a backbone to enable the partners and the business in providing relevant solutions on people processes respecting geographical and site nuances.Key collaborators include the Procurement leadership team, Operations ELT Area. Procurement leaders, ELT people partners and Operations Partners.<h2>Do you have what it takes:</h2><ul><li>Masters or equivalent experience in business administration (not mandatory)</li><li>HR Qualification</li><li>+10 years demonstrable experience as HR generalist in global, matrixed organization</li><li>Experience in working in a global matrix organization owning the E2E people agenda</li><li>Proven experience partnering senior leaders, capable of establishing and managing good relations to many different units and people at all levels in the organization</li><li>Demonstrating strategic understanding and experience with organizational development, transformation of HR processes/change management and Diversity &amp; Inclusion</li><li>Strong Business understanding</li><li>Working with data to advise proposals and influence decisions, for example – workforce planning or compensation data,</li><li>Experience with Medium/large scale transformation</li><li>Experience with capability assessment and building</li><li>Open minded, structured, and a strong collaborative approach</li><li>Strong collaborator management</li><li>Ease in dealing with ambiguity</li><li>Change management and coaching education</li><li>Knowing how to balance local needs vs. global directions and influence accordingly</li><li>Experience in capability assessment and building</li></ul>#LI-FH1Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
