It ensures that facilities consistently meet internal and external regulatory requirements and maintain a state of audit readiness. By providing strategic direction and technical expertise to a team of Regional Technical Managers, this role enables operational excellence and ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. </div><div> </div><div>What You’ll Do for Us: </div><div><ul><li>Provide strategic leadership and oversight for quality programs across all company-owned and manufacturing operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure all sites maintain a state of audit readiness and comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and franchise expectations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop Regional Technical Managers to build technical capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Oversee the implementation and maintenance of foundational quality systems, including the CCNA Operational Quality Manual. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor and analyze regional quality metrics, consumer complaint data, and operational trends to proactively identify and mitigate risks. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality system failures and IMCR events. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support commercialization and replication processes for new products and packages, ensuring consistent application of quality and food safety standards. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, technical innovation, and stewardship, to drive regional initiatives and troubleshoot issues. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Guide the development and delivery of quality training programs to build plant-level expertise and ensure consistent execution of standards. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Facilitate regional management reviews and provide strategic input to senior leadership on quality performance and improvement opportunities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Champion the use of digital tools and data-driven approaches to enhance quality performance, and operational efficiency. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Serve as the primary decision-maker for site compliance assessments and escalation of critical quality issues.</li></ul>​What Youll Need</div></div><div><div>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:  </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or a related technical field. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>HACCP/ PCQI Certification required </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>10+ years in quality, food safety within FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors, including 5+ years in a leadership role </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven leadership experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, change management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience implementing quality assurance, quality control, and management system programs and activities (e.g,. HACCP, GFSI, ISO9000 / 22000, SPC, continuous improvement methodologies, etc.) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in Crisis Management and Root Cause Analysis </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with digital quality and compliance systems (e.g., EtQ, SAP, data analytics platforms) to support audit execution, reporting, and continuous improvement. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation capabilities </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with comprehensive root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with and exposure to lean / six sigma tools and methodologies </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding the importance of technical governance in delivering a quality product </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated evidence of critical thinking, logic, patience, reasoning, empathy, continuous learning, and development </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Travel Required:  50 - 75% Travel within North America </div></div></div>The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
