Job Description Summary:

A critical component of this networked organization is Enterprise Services in addition to the Center Domains & Operating Units. Enterprise Services acts as the backbone of our operating structure by providing a network of enterprise-wide scaled solutions and services.
This role sits within the Marketing & PACS Intelligence (MPI) team, which is a service line embedded in the broader Enterprise Services structure. In your role within this services team, you will lead the service delivery to our categories through deep understanding of the category needs, utilization of our analytics solutions, and close integration of the categories’ innovation agenda. You will lead a team of analytics experts and pursue continuous improvement of our category support service design in close partnership with the Marketing Innovation network, the global category teams, the brand teams, as well as their counterparts in the Operating Units. This role will be essential to support the successful execution of the categories’ strategic roadmaps, the delivery of the categories’ annual business plan, and support the development of the categories’ long-range plan.
What Youll Do for Us:
Provide ongoing support for key category routines and projects
Spearhead the service delivery to our categories including monthly business reviews, quarterly performance deep-dives, annual business planning and multi-year roadmaps by providing analytics insights.
Oversee a team that monitors and updates category performance reports, identifying trends, insights and learnings that can be shared among categories
Support quarterly performance deep-dives, presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Contribute to the development of the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals
Conduct in-depth category performance reviews to drive long-term growth initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvements for both category teams and internal processes while implementing best practices
Drive adoption of Analytics Solutions landscape across Category planning and execution processes
Understand category planning and execution needs to identify opportunities for analytics-driven insights
Lead change management efforts by developing strategies to promote the adoption of analytics tools and technologies among category users
Advocate for data-driven decision-making by showcasing case studies and examples of successful analytics improvements and analytics-derived insights within the category planning process
Provide category insights and feedback to improve Analytics Solutions landscape:
Constantly evaluate and review existing analytics tools, platforms, and methodologies to identify areas for improvement
Bring outside-in thinking and new ideas that will fuel growth, especially to support emerging trends and performance drivers behind newer categories and brands in TCCC’s portfolio.
Collaborate with category stakeholders and peers to understand future needs and objectives, translating them into actionable analytics requirements
Examine current data collection, processing, and visualization workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements
Compare the organization’s current Category Analytics solutions with industry best practices to identify gaps and opportunities
Monitor performance metrics and track effectiveness of analytics solutions by measuring KPIs and category user satisfaction
Integrate Marketing Innovation process into Category service design
Drive the incorporation of innovative Marketing strategies into our category support service design, ensuring full alignment with business objectives
Embed innovation trends, consumer trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for innovation within our category support services
Design and implement strategies that bring innovative marketing ideas to life through the delivery of insights to the category teams
Closely manage a pipeline of innovative marketing ideas and initiatives, ensuring timely alignment, inclusion, and execution with category goals
Create and foster category support community of practice across all category leads
Develop and implement a comprehensive community-building plan to engage category lead team members, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration
Oversee the creation of content and Ways-of-Working materials to support category support community
Identify and mentor passionate community advocates to help drive the community’s growth and engagement
Track engagement metrics and feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for improving community interactions and satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:
Functional Skills:
Data Storytelling – Simplicity is Key: Ability to simplify and persuasively communicate complex data into actionable insights to non-experts and cross-functional business stakeholders
Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Advanced proficiency in analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, forecast demand, and deliver actionable insights for global categories and innovation initiatives
Inspirational Leadership: Foster and lead a diverse team of data & analytics subject matter experts and champion connectivity within the team and across the network.
Category Portfolio Analytics: Experience in supporting category teams and expertise in turning raw data into category insights.
Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Technology) to ensure alignment of analytics with category and innovation strategies
Network/Resources: Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage best in class knowledge, approaches, and processes.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present insights and influence senior leadership and stakeholders globally
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics and P&L statements to assess the profitability and performance of categories and innovation efforts
Advantage: TCCC system knowledge is beneficial
Related Work Experience:
12+ years of work experience, FMCG analytics expertise. The required focus is on the relevance of the recent work you have done as it pertains to this role. We look for experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment leading or leveraging teams of internal and external resources.
Experience in a regional or global role preferred. Ideally you will have worked in roles that have developed both strategic and operations capability with a strong focus on service delivery.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master Degree preferred.

Pay Range:
$189,000 - $217,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
