The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for Mid-Term Production Planning of the Foodservice Divisions in which they are assigned.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
MIDTERM & SUPPLY PLANNING
Responsible for the 12 month mid-term production planning and redistribution planning based upon the demand forecast and capacity constraints.
Review inventory levels and warehouse capacity, initiate and coordinate necessary product movements to prevent out of stocks and out of date issues as well as overstock/warehouse capacity issues in support of redistribution activities and production activities.
Responsible to maintain finished good product at assigned regions / plants by utilizing SAP Planning Modules, placing redistribution orders, and production order Maintain all Master Data and System Parameters to ensure integrity of SAP and Capacity Modules so that they are fully utilized to support redistribution activities and production activities.
Create replenishment loads optimizing costs to support the redistribution activity Create production orders optimizing costs to support the supply chain network
COLLABORATION WITH CCNA REGION AND CO-MAN OPERATIONS
Collaborate with cross functional partners (Procurement, CPS, Plants) to ensure all raw materials, ingredients, concentrate, capacity are available to support production planning and redistribution across all plants and to ensure supply chain continuity Collaborate and Partner with Demand Planning to ensure In and Outs, Customer Promotional Activity, Customer Strategic Changes are successfully delivered by the Supply Chain Work cross functionally to ensure supply chain continuity Lead Limited Time Offer Programs and collaborate with Brand Teams for Discontinuation, SKU Rationalization, and Innovation
PERFORMANCE TRACKING & MANAGEMENT
Understand key supply chain performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, case fill, etc.) and seek solutions to improve these metrics.
Report out performance results, current business status, and future risks via Weekly Hot Spots, S&OE and S&OP meetings.
Ensure the redistribution plan and production plan meet Supply Chain targets Identify, investigate, document, and seek solutions for potential supply chain risks Provide documentation, assumptions and support for Weekly Hot Spots, S&OE and S&OP meetings.
Report on close dated inventory and work to reduce Breakage Damage and Loss

The communication needs to be clear, simple, and direct to create a sense of urgency and action based on facts and data.
SUMMARY
This role requires strong organizational and time management skills. They must have a good understand of the Work that Matters Most and be a positive agent of change.

Bachelors’ Degree Preferred

Pay Range:
$100,000 - $124,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
