The Manager, Business Systems is a key member of the Customer Service &amp; Transportation (CS&amp;T) Strategic Initiatives team, providing support to the NAOU Supply Chain CS&amp;T organization by delivering reporting and dashboard solutions to drive decision-making and efficiencies across our team and stakeholders. </div><div>The primary responsibilities of this role are as follows: </div><div><ul><li>Translate structured &amp; unstructured datasets into clear and compelling insights that lead to actionable recommendations to drive business results, using modern cloud-based analytical and reporting/dashboarding tools. </li><li>Evaluate and improve tools to respond to new ideas and changing business needs. </li><li>Participate in the development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives for the Supply Chain CS&amp;T organization, including quick-win reporting and dashboarding/scorecard solutions to assist teams in rapid problem solving. </li><li>Attend and support key analytics presentations and provide analytical rigor/technical expertise to improve decision-making in support of product order and transportation processes. </li><li>Monitor effectiveness of delivered analytical solutions – both qualitatively (accuracy, timeliness, user experience) and quantitatively (productivity, improved stakeholder satisfaction metrics). </li><li>Work closely with leaders and members of peer teams and cross-functional business partners to analyze business data, define requirements, build and optimize data solutions and continually innovate new ideas to help NAOU Supply Chain drive productivity and improve customer satisfaction. </li><li>Support the CS&amp;T Strategic Initiatives team in the implementation of strategic projects, financial analysis and process improvements.  </li><li>Support optimization of CS&amp;T data and reporting, visualizations and automation. </li><li>Drive the implementation of product order and transportation projects related to master data management. </li><li>Strategically align with stakeholder partners to ensure compliance to business requirements and data best practices. </li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to other analysts and support the Strategic Initiatives team on process improvements by acting as a subject matter expert on data policies, processes, and systems.   </li><li>Support the development of advanced analytical methods by extracting and mining data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for solving business problems, driving productivity and/or improving the customer experience. </li><li>Deliver insights while keeping an optimal balance of time to deliver and level of detail/accuracy given data availability and accuracy. </li><li>As tools are deployed, build and refine knowledge of the business to help the CS&amp;T function move faster going forward. </li></ul></div></div><div><div> </div><div>Qualifications &amp; Requirements </div><div><ul><li>2-5 years of experience working in data-specific roles </li><li>2+ years experience with Power BI/Tableau/SQL </li><li>Advanced knowledge of data management and analytical methods, technologies and tools </li><li>Ability to execute highly complex or specialized analytics </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, business, or supply chain, advanced degree preferred  </li><li>Data visualization &amp; storytelling expertise  </li><li>Advanced experience in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes  </li><li>Familiarity with mathematical optimization and linear programming  </li><li>SAP, OTM, Anaplan expertise and experience preferred  </li><li>Working knowledge of data integration best-practices </li><li>Programming expertise (e.g. VBA, Python) preferred </li><li>Project management experience in digitization initiatives a plus </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and collaborate with different individuals and organizations to reach common goals </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>What We Can Do for You </div><div><ul><li>Unique hybrid role which will allow the candidate to utilize their data analytical and reporting skills while learning the world of supply chain </li><li>Opportunity to work alongside Iconic &amp; Innovative Brands in diverse multicultural environment: the NAOU Supply Chain portfolio represents over 250 products with some of the most popular brands in the world, including Coca-Cola, Simply, PowerAde, fairlife &amp; Topo Chico </li><li>Exposure to World Class Leaders: availability to global leaders that will expand your network </li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
