In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process of our podcast, owning the audio post-production process, developing engaging content, and ensuring that each episode is of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with podcasts, YouTube, and social media, and be passionate about football, storytelling and digital media.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Show Production:</li><li>Assist the entire production process from pre-production planning to final delivery.</li><li>Manage scheduling, coordination, and logistics to ensure smooth episode execution.</li><div><br /></div><li>Studio Production:</li><li>Operate remote cameras for live and recorded in-studio productions.</li><li>Run graphics and perform audio quality control for live and recorded in-studio productions.</li><div><br /></div><li>Editing &amp; Post-Production:</li><li>Edit episode audio to produce high-quality content, and publish episodes to our distribution platforms. </li><li>Ensure consistency in style and sound quality across all segments.</li><div><br /></div><li>Content Research &amp; Segment Development:</li><li>Conduct thorough research to identify compelling topics and trends relevant to our audience, and key stats for our on-air talent.</li><li>Create and script segments that add value and drive listener engagement.</li><div><br /></div><li>Rundown Creation:</li><li>Collaborate with the TAFS team to ensure content is engaging and on-brand. </li><li>Contribute to episode rundowns that outline segment order, timing, and content flow.</li><div><br /></div><li>Digital Media &amp; Social Integration:</li><li>Work closely with our social media producer to adapt content for various platforms, including full horizontal episodes and vertical cutdowns.</li><li>Identify potential video and audio clips for distribution on YouTube and other social channels.</li><div><br /></div><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication:</li><li>Coordinate with hosts, guests, and team members to gather content and feedback.</li><li>Manage deadlines and provide regular updates on production progress.</li></ul><h3>Requirements </h3><ul><li>Proven experience in podcast production, video editing, and social media content creation.</li><li>Proficiency with audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).</li><li>Strong research skills and the ability to develop creative content segments. </li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with YouTube platform dynamics and social media best practices.A passion for digital storytelling and an eye for detail.</li><li>Experience in creating content that drives audience engagement and growth.</li><li>Passion and enthusiasm for, and intellectual curiosity about, all things football.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working in an in-studio environment.</li></ul><div><i>The annual base salary range for this role is $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 USD. The total compensation offered for this position may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. It may also include non-cash rewards and benefits.
