This is a high-impact role where you can close big deals, move fast, and be part of something special—not just another cog in the wheel. <h3>Responsibilities</h3> As an early sales hire, you’ll drive revenue growth by building a pipeline of high-quality shippers, closing deals, and ensuring long-term customer success. Meet &amp; Exceed Sales Targets <ul> <li>Source new shippers and build a pipeline of customers that fit the Aifleet profile.</li> <li>Conduct proactive outreach to secure meetings and bid opportunities.</li> <li>Manage the end-to-end sales process, from pricing strategy to securing premium rates over spot pricing.</li> <li>Ensure loads transition smoothly to the operations team for execution.</li> <li>Maintain and grow relationships with newly acquired shippers to secure ongoing and expanding business.</li> </ul> Collaborate &amp; Optimize <ul> <li>Work closely with operations to ensure new contracts align with fleet capacity and execution capabilities.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for strategic improvement, including customer targeting, pricing models, and sales processes.</li> </ul> <h3>Who (we think) You Are</h3> While roles and priorities continue to evolve, we think you will need the following qualifications.
