We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities.</div>Tenstorrent is building cutting-edge ML SoCs and chiplets to power the next wave of robotics innovation—spanning autonomous vehicles, drones, industrial automation, and intelligent machines. We are seeking a SoC Architect to lead the definition and development of ML chiplet SoCs that enable advanced perception, decision-making, and control in real-world robotic systems. This is a pivotal technical leadership role focused on balancing performance, power, area (PPA), and reliability, while meeting the demanding safety standards of robotics platforms This role is remote, based out of North America.
