This individual will define product strategy and functional requirements for analytics offerings, leveraging deep expertise with healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, DRG, CPT) and payer/provider data workflows. Candidates may be located in any one of our hub locations.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap: Help define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data analytics, aligning with company priorities and customer needs.</li><li>Healthcare Data Expertise: Serve as subject matter expert on EHR, pricing, and claims data to ensure accurate, compliant, and valuable use of clinical and financial information in products.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Collaborate with health systems, employers, and payers to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure products deliver measurable value.</li><li>Execution &amp; Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from requirements and design to development, launch, and iteration.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Insights: Partner with data science and engineering to build tools that surface actionable insights for users, ensuring outputs are accurate, meaningful, and accessible.</li><li>Market &amp; Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements to inform product direction and maintain a strong market position.</li><li>Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Engagement, and Operations teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies, adoption, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.</li><li>7+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, analytics, or related field.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of healthcare coding systems (ICD-10, DRG, CPT) and claims/payment workflows.</li><li>Understanding of SQL, Python, and relational data concepts. </li><li>Proven ability to define product requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver successful products.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong analytical background with experience leveraging large, complex datasets.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS in Health Informatics or Data Science).</li><li>Experience with SaaS, digital health platforms, or healthcare marketplaces.</li><li>Familiarity with payer, provider, and employer data integration and reporting needs.</li><li>Understanding of value-based care, reimbursement models, and healthcare economics.</li><div><br /></div><div><b>Base Salary Range</b></div><div>$157,250-$212,750</div><div><br /></div><div><i>This salary range is offered with the understanding that final compensation is based on a number of factors including geography and experience.
