In addition, they will participate in the various testing activities across the Telesat Leo system with vendors and other partners and responsible for maintaining the lab. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>This position will be moved to our new Gatineau facility in 2026.</b></div><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>In this role, the incumbent will issue recommendations and have influence on the system verification and validation of the Telesat LEO system</li><li>Work with various Antenna Vendors to support the SOW, SRR, Test Requirements, Test Plans, Test Results and RVTM reviews, in addition to follow up on the integrate of the Antenna with the other components (Modem, and other interfaces).</li><li>Work with the other segments to support the development of the internal Test Plans and verification methods.</li><li>Support Over The Air (OTA) Test Planning and activities including the Test automation processes.</li><li>Support System Acceptance Planning activities for the LEOP and IOT.</li><li>Develop system and sub system verification matrices against system requirements</li><li>Coordinate and participate in RF and system level testing activities including test planning, execution and reporting</li><li>Serve as an RF expert and support other technical staff as required</li><li>Plays an active role in component and subsystem design and test activities</li><li>Configuring test equipment like Satellite Link Emulators, signal generator, spectrum analyzer etc.</li><li>Ensure product under test meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements</li><li>Keep the lab functional and update to date with known hardware and software configuration to execute various test scenarios as necessary</li><li>Work with partners and other vendors in various test campaigns</li></ul><h3>Education &amp; Experience Required</h3><ul><li>B.
