Zero fluff. All impact.  What you’ll do:You’ll drive high retention and customer satisfaction, by ensuring clients achieve maximum value with our platform and achieve their goals. You’ll: <ul><li>Be a Trusted advisor: strategically guide senior executives through their workforce transformation journeys, addressing specific challenges like upskilling and reskilling, internal mobility and strategic workforce planning. </li><li>Own the client’s value journey: clearly define and implement success plans aligned with customer priorities and tailored to their context, ensuring they consistently achieve their business goals. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to drive upsells.</li><li>Build long-term relationships: develop customer advocates and maintain multi-level client relationships, ensuring alignment and trust with key decision-makers and champions. </li><li>Be the internal voice of the customer: convert customer insights into strategic inputs for our Product, Professional Services and Sales teams, fuelling continuous improvement. </li><li>Proactively manage account health and renewals: continuously monitor and address risks, mobilizing internal teams proactively to maintain exceptional client value and satisfaction. </li><li>Customer Success Pioneer: as a foundational member, help shape TechWolf’s approach to customer success from the ground up.</li></ul></div></div><h2>Job requirements</h2><div><div>Who you are: You’ll thrive in this role if you are a natural relationship-builder with insatiable curiosity, and a strong problem solver with an eagerness to drive impactful outcomes.These key skills will set you up for success: <ul><li>Domain expert: you have extensive knowledge of HR, workforce transformation, and experience working with large enterprises on these topics, either as a consultant or within HR Tech. </li><li>Strategic problem-solver: You thrive in ambiguity, can think long term and can break big hairy goals down into actionable steps. You’re relentless in pursuit of clear results, leveraging first-principle thinking to identify and resolve customer pain points. </li><li>Executive communicator: you’re adept at managing high-stakes conversations at the executive level, confidently interacting with CHROs, VPs and other senior leaders.
