Each Client Success Coordinator owns a portfolio of accounts and acts as the trusted partner guiding clients from onboarding through program delivery. You will collaborate closely with our sales, operations, and technology teams to deliver what has been sold while creating lasting client value. This role is about more than project management. It requires taking ownership, anticipating needs, solving problems before they escalate, and helping clients see how their programs connect to their broader business goals. We rely on our Coordinators to be proactive, resourceful, and committed to client success, turning everyday interactions into long-term partnerships.
