Post-Sales | Customer Onboarding We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our fast-paced, customer-focused Solutions team. In this remote role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor to new and existing customers, working cross-functionally to design, implement, and support high-impact data solutions and integrations. This is a hands-on, post-sales role focused on ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of our platform. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their technical landscape, align solutions to their goals, and drive value from day one. You’ll also work internally across Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to elevate outcomes and represent the voice of the customer. We’re seeking someone who’s just as comfortable writing a SQL query as leading a customer call—resourceful, detail-oriented, and motivated by solving meaningful problems.   What You’ll Do ● Build and maintain production-ready integrations using REST APIs, SDKs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier) ● Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows between our platform and third-party systems ● Write, test, and debug API calls, manage authentication flows (OAuth2, API keys), and implement error handling/resiliency in integration logic ● Answer customer questions about technical topics (integrations, single-sign-on/SSO, data governance, and platform) ● Serve as the client’s technical integration owner during integration onboarding and implementation ● Design and document reusable workflows, scripts, and integration patterns for internal and customer use. ● Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate issues, share feedback, and influence roadmap priorities ● Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing based on urgency and impact   What You Bring ● 5+ years experience in a technical or customer facing role, 2+ years in post-sales solutions engineering or similar role ● Strong foundation in data concepts: business intelligence, data warehousing, data analysis, or data governance ● Hands-on proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and authentication models (e.g., OAuth2, SAML, token-based) ● Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript to extend integration functionality or build workflow logic ● Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders ● Consultative problem-solving mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability ● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and how integrations run across these fast-paced environments ● Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clarity and attention to detail ● High emotional intelligence and ability to build trusted relationships with customers and teams ● Open to occasional travel (~15%)   Bonus Points For ● Familiarity with HRIS, manufacturing systems, or HR technology platforms—particularly as integration endpoints ● Experience with event-driven architecture or queueing systems (e.g., webhooks, Kafka, SQS) ● Understanding of common data formats and transformation tools (e.g., JSON, XML, JQ)   You’ll Thrive Here If You... ● Enjoy solving real-world problems using data and technology ● Work best in collaborative environments with ownership and autonomy ● Value continuous learning, customer impact, and cross-functional teamwork   About Us TeamSense was founded in 2020 to provide app-free digital tools for hourly employees and their leadership.  Since then, weve enabled employees across the US, Canada, and Mexico as they navigate everything from reporting an absence to providing engagement feedback to finding their companys benefits information - and were just getting started  Our solutions revolutionize the way hourly workers connect with company processes and resources.   Base Salary Range: $105,000.00-$125,000.00 TeamSense is a dynamic and innovative company committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
