You will be responsible for writing, testing, and deploying code across the stack. Breaking down epics into smaller user stories and tasks. Participating in team sprint rituals (stand-up, planning, refinement, retro). On our teams, everyone has the opportunity to share ideas, bring new solutions, and discuss them with other well-experienced engineers. We expect all team members to contribute to our collaborative team culture. <br /><br />This will be on our growth team to drive retention, monetization, and revenue growth - ensuring our creators not only engage with our product but see lasting value. Base salaries will be reviewed at regular intervals throughout the year, typically following performance review cycles currently conducted annually or in conjunction with a promotion.</p> <ul> <li>This role is open to candidates who can work hybrid in our NYC office 1-2 days a week. </li> <li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. </li> <li>For this role, the base salary range is $72,000 to 100,000. A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
