In addition, you will lead a team of Catalog Specialists and Catalog Data Analysts to ensure daily objectives are achieved and best practices are maintained. You will aid with the development and training of team members, supporting performance reviews, coaching, and helping to lead training sessions on operational strategies and emerging technologies.You will help manage the sourcing, cleaning, integration, and transformation of metadata from both structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring compliance with guidelines set by Catalog Operations leadership. Your role will involve analyzing and improving catalog data structures, workflows, and processes to enhance data quality and performance, while adhering to privacy, security, and compliance regulations for metadata and product data.
