In this role, you’ll drive the delivery of high-impact programs that directly support our core company objectives.  You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data partners to align roadmaps, proactively manage dependencies, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery across a wide portfolio of initiatives. What Youll Work On:  <ul> <li>Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end program delivery for multiple company objectives related to Taskrabbit’s client facing marketplace </li> <li>Cross-Functional Planning: Build and maintain quarterly project plans across Product and Engineering, accounting for feature readiness, dependencies, and release strategies. </li> <li>Delivery Management: Track execution progress across 15+ initiatives, drive accountability through delivery reviews, and maintain clarity on critical path items. </li> <li>Dependency Management: Identify and manage inter-team and inter-org dependencies across teams working on matching, personalization, pricing, platform capabilities, and general marketplace experience enhancements. </li> <li>Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates, surface risks and mitigation plans early, and synthesize tradeoffs for senior and executive audiences. </li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Help refine processes for quarterly + annual roadmap planning, investment tracking, and KPI delivery across a fast-moving team. </li> <li>Collaborate with other TPM’s to align plans and releases across our partnerships business and technical platform teams </li> </ul> Your Areas Of Expertise: <ul> <li>5+ years of program management experience in a technical product or engineering environment </li> <li>Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in consumer marketplaces, e-commerce, or platforms with high transactional volume </li> <li>Strong understanding of product development processes, especially related to experimentation, feature rollout, and platform integrations </li> <li>Exceptional project management skills with experience in building roadmaps, managing risk, and running delivery cadences (Agile/Scrum/OKR-aligned) </li> <li>Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders and business units </li> <li>Excellent communication and executive presentation skills </li> <li>Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Github, and DataDog </li> <li>Bonus: experience with booking, pricing, personalization, or funnel optimization &amp; growth features </li> </ul> Why You’ll Love This Role: <ul> <li>You’ll help scale key pillars of TaskRabbit’s core marketplace and lay the foundation for global growth </li> <li>You’ll influence outcomes tied to high-visibility, revenue-driving company objectives </li> <li>You’ll collaborate with a highly cross-functional team at the intersection of product innovation and operational impact </li> </ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + annual bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $94,000 - $131,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
