About The Role: The Tasker Operations team helps Taskers achieve their personal tasking goals using Taskrabbit. This includes onboarding Taskers seamlessly, nurturing them, ensuring that they are fully utilized and retained, and building satisfaction with the platform. We’re proactive- helping Taskers before they realize they need support. These approaches, employed at the local level, will result in higher quality, more retentive, and more affordable Taskers. The work you do will support our overall managed marketplace strategy, helping to ensure that every job gets done so well that Taskers and Clients come back again and again. As a Regional Manager, Tasker Operations for Europe, you will be a close partner to the Senior Director of Tasker Operations, the Tasker Quality Team, and our country teams. You are a unique blend of a data person and a people manager who enjoys coaching your direct reports so they are both effective and fulfilled. You will provide direction to ensure that programs and tactical supply actions are executed well against Market goals, while closely collaborating with Country Managers.   You are motivated by managing people and driving results, executing day in and day out. You are able to provide clear instruction and guidance to your team, and are skilled at influencing others crossfunctionally and explaining complex concepts concisely. You are data-driven and capable of evaluating supply health metrics and the contributions of your team—and connecting the dots between both. You will use those insights to identify and execute actions that will drive revenue and profitability in a win/win fashion that drives long-term customer loyalty and retention. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Tasker Operations and has matrixed reporting to the VP of Europe. This is a supervisory role. <h3>What You’ll Work On:</h3> <ul> <li>Manage the country Tasker Success Managers within the matrixed management framework and contribute actively to their development and progression. Ensure team members are collaborating effectively and sharing best practices.</li> <li>Directly manage two regional team members, who are responsible for regional program execution and performance, and special projects. </li> <li>Set OKRs and provide regular feedback on team members’ performance. Advise Success Managers on their supply alignment plays and incentives to improve local fulfillment and retention of customers in Europe.</li> <li>Grow and deepen the Tasker Success Books of Business and contribute to the growth of European metros. Success is increasing jobs, invoices, retention and - as a result - revenue.</li> <li>Define and set a strategy around European supply, including proven and new plays, programmes, and initiatives that leverage global best practices while considering local nuances.</li> <li>Maintain metrics and analysis of team performance, and provide regular reporting on team performance through written analysis and performance reports.</li> <li>In partnership with country Tasker Success Managers, track regional and local market analytics evaluating key health metrics.</li> <li>Work with Country Managers to ensure that supply needs are met in each country and that Tasker Success activities are aligned with country plans.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with global Tasker Operations team members and crossfunctionally with Country Managers, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product, to action on key market opportunities.</li> <li>Work with North American counterparts to provide input to the global supply strategy, advance functional knowledge and innovation in Tasker Success and supply management across all markets.</li> <li>Support all European markets to reach an optimized maturity state where supply and demand are self-fulfilling, realizing the benefits of Taskrabbit’s global platform and achieving dominant market share and brand position.</li> </ul> Who You Are: <ul> <li>A strategist who builds, executes, and rigorously measures impact</li> <li>Data-driven, constantly seeking to test, measure, optimize, and improve–and a strong data storyteller</li> <li>Have a servant-leader mentality—ready to step in and tackle tactical challenges alongside the team</li> <li>An open, authentic, confident, and persuasive communicator who excels at influencing crossfunctionally</li> <li>A problem solver who gets to the bottom of every issue and takes ownership to fix it</li> <li>Comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment</li> <li>Highly organized and self-motivated to create and execute</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a knack for prioritization and scoping</li> <li>Exceptionally customer-centric, with a passion for working directly with Taskers and an appreciation of the Tasker experience</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, or similar fields, or a business unit with revenue and growth-based goals</li> <li>At least 5 years of direct and indirect people management experience, with a mindset of growth and coaching</li> <li>Proficiency with data tools like Looker, Sigma, and/or SQL.</li> <li>Eligible to work in the UK, we would not sponsor visa for this role. </li> </ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is £70,000 - £90,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
