This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to ensure successful integrations and ongoing support.</div> <h2> Key Responsibilities </h2> <ul><li>Collaborate directly with merchants to understand their requirements and guide them through integrating Tabby’s APIs, website plugins, and mobile SDKs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams - including Sales, Account Management, Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers - to align on integration objectives and address technical challenges.</li><li>Act as the primary technical point of contact for merchants, troubleshooting integration issues, conducting initial problem analysis, and coordinating with development teams to implement solutions.</li><li>Establish monitoring systems to oversee integration performance, ensure continuous operation, and participate in incident management related to integrations and payments.</li><li>Develop technical content, including documentation and demos, to educate customers on implementing specific use cases and best practices with Tabby’s products.</li></ul> <h2> Job Benefits </h2> <div><strong>Relocation<br /><br /></strong>We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.<br /><br />Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.<br /><br />We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account.
