Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Trade Management Digital Assets team within Middle Office, Global Investment Operations. The successful candidate will support operational processes for blockchain-based assets and cryptocurrencies, focusing on trade settlement, reconciliation, and custody within the context of T. Rowe Price’s innovative financial products. The position requires strong operational acumen, risk awareness, and adaptability to evolving digital asset technologies and regulatory environments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure accurate trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation of digital asset transactions across custodians and counterparties.</li><li>Liaise with custodians, liquidity providers, and internal teams to resolve operational exceptions.  </li><li>Collaborate with portfolio management, front office, compliance, and technology teams to perform continued review/enhancement of controls and risk mitigation.</li><li>Support onboarding and integration of new service providers and perform due diligence/oversight of existing vendors.</li><li>Assist with development, operational support, and documentation of procedures for new asset launches.</li><li>Track regulatory developments and industry best practices affecting digital assets.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND </li><li>5+ years of total relevant work experience. </li></ul>Preferred: <ul><li>5+ years of relevant work experience within investment operations, custody, or related financial services role</li><li>Subject matter expertise and a strong passion for digital assets</li><li>3+ years of experience within digital assets operations, including:<ul><li>Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, etc.) governing digital assets</li><li>Experience working with institutional digital asset investment managers, custodians or liquidity providers</li><li>Familiarity with digital asset platforms</li></ul></li><li>Candidate should be dedicated, want to learn new things, have a proven track record managing operational processes, identifying control gaps and a commitment to improvement, leading projects and managing internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Proficiency with reconciliation tools, data management, and Excel; experience with digital asset platforms or APIs a plus</li><li>Familiarity with other product types (i.e. Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives, etc.)</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.  Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status).Base Salary RangesPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.$85,000.00 - $145,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers $93,500.00 - $159,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C. $106,000.00 - $181,000.00 for the location of: New York, CaliforniaPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionAt T.
