Continuously identifies and evaluates process and system improvements; ensuring changes in business requirements, client needs, laws and regulations are addressed. Tests and implements new functionality, developing training and procedures documents, and training staff on system and process changes. Position acts as a business expert on systems and processes in financial processes providing guidance and feedback on use of system and processes to associates. Role SummaryWorks to implement minor system enhancements in ERP, and third-party client invoicing systems to support Client Billing, Revenue Accounting, and Cash Management teams in improving system efficiency and reducing errors. Participates in the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of system enhancements or new systems. Performs system administration support. Requires working and conceptual knowledge in their own job discipline. Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline. Accountable for their own work and effective coordination of process and information with others.
