You will be responsible for servicing and deepening participant relationships by providing foundational retirement strategy and insights, general portfolio needs, and resolving complex situations. Respond to requests for investment, mutual fund, and account information. Resolve complex account issues.</li><li>Identify and qualify participants to be referred to a High-Value Financial Consultant to advance the relationship.</li><li>Demonstrate a consultative approach to gain a thorough understanding of the participants needs and offer appropriate solutions.</li><li>Retain assets through education and guidance of available plan-specific and general distribution options.</li><li>Deliver on defined sales targets and other role-based responsibilities.</li><li>Understand the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain proficient knowledge of T. Rowe Price products and services.</li><li>Follow up with clients from inbound retention opportunities.</li><li>Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience</li><li>0+ years of total relevant work experience</li><li>FINRA Series 7 and 66 (must be obtained within first 6 months)</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Sales experience</li><li>Financial industry experience</li><li>Fully licensed candidate (currently holds 7 and 66)</li></ul>FINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
