Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloittes fastest-growing companies for the past 5 years, were here to raise the standard for what cloud security and workplace culture should be.</div><div><br /></div><div>If you have the passion to dig deeper, the desire to challenge convention, and the curiosity to build something better, Sysdig is the right place for you.</div><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), and G&amp;A roles — from intake meeting to close</li><li>Be a true execution partner to hiring managers: building role scorecards, aligning on sourcing profiles, and delivering qualified candidates</li><li>Guide hands-on sourcing and prospecting efforts across platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, AmazingHiring, HireEZ and more</li><li>Craft tailored outreach messages, build talent maps, talent insights and own top-of-funnel activity for hard-to-fill GTM business-critical roles</li><li>Use Lever (ATS) to maintain clean, data and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and funnel metrics</li><li>Coordinate candidate touch points across multiple roles and locations</li></ul><h3>What you will bring with you</h3><ul><li>7+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience — with recent hands-on focus across GTM, within the cybersecurity SaaS domain</li><li>Deep fluency in modern sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g. GitHub, Stack Overflow, SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter, <a href="http://Dev.to">Dev.to</a>, HireEZ)</li><li>Comfortable operating without recruiting sourcing support</li><li>Hands-on ATS experience (Lever preferred) and high standards for data hygiene and process consistency</li><li>Collaborate with different team with urgency and autonomy</li></ul><h3>What we look for</h3><ul><li>A tactical senior recruiter who excels in GTM hiring</li><li>Youre comfortable building high quality ongoing pipelines for Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Channel Managers, SDRs, LDRs and Customer Success Engineers</li><li>You enjoy working on your own pipeline, without a sourcer</li><li>Youre a strong communicator who keeps hiring managers and candidates updated</li><li>You take pride in filling hard roles with speed, and quality</li></ul><div>The hourly pay for this fixed-term contract role is between 64 USD to 75 USD per hour.
