Your mission is to turn cutting-edge research into robust, high-performing software that reaches real users. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment, helping define the architecture of our agentic systems while ensuring best practices in engineering, deployment, and collaboration. You will thrive here if you love to code, ship, iterate, and if you want to help shape the next generation of AI-powered learning experiences. <ul> <li>Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK</li> <li>Own architectural components within the Copilot project, ensuring modular, scalable, and maintainable designs</li> <li>Implement new features quickly to improve user experience and unblock the team as we iterate</li> <li>Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to integrate LLMs into complex, multi-agent systems</li> <li>Write clean, efficient, and tested code following best engineering practices</li> <li>Optimize and maintain agent pipelines from prototype to production</li> <li>Spread good practices around scalable agentic system design and AI software engineering</li> </ul> <h2>Who you are:</h2> <ul> <li>You have a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>You have 6+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering or NLP-related software development.</li> <li>You are an engineer at heart, you enjoy building working systems more than writing research papers.</li> <li>You have strong Python skills and experience in building and maintaining production systems.</li> <li>You have hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph.</li> <li>You’ve built and deployed real time multi-agent applications that are deployed to and tested by real users.</li> <li>You communicate clearly and work well in small, fast-paced teams.</li> </ul> Nice to have <ul> <li>Experience using or fine-tuning LLMs (directly or via APIs).</li> <li>Comfort with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and Docker.</li> </ul>   <h3>Collaboration</h3> <ul> <li>You’ll work closely with the Copilot Team, a cross-functional group of engineers and researchers.</li> <li>You’ll own key architectural aspects of the system while collaborating daily on design, implementation, and deployment.</li> <li>Success means empowering others with your engineering expertise and improving how the whole team builds and scales agents.</li> </ul>   <h2>Why join us?</h2> We’re building the future of AI-driven learning.
