Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose: As the AVP, Solutions Engineering at Versatile Credit, you will be a part of an organization that works alongside potential customers (retailers and lenders) to solution and deploy innovative and successful financing experiences tailored to their brands, customers and processes. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform software requirements gathering and analysis with potential customers during the Sales Process.</li><li>Solutioning customer desired platform features to establish and clearly define the offering Versatile will build for each customer.</li><li>Creating and documenting workflows related to customer journeys and desired solutions to be built/provided by Versatile.</li><li>Interface between users, technical staff, and project management to drive completion of key project deliverables</li><li>Analyze problems and issues, determine impact, and help develop business solutions to remedy the identified issues</li><li>Perform software QA, UAT, &amp; integration testing as needed</li><li>Assist with preparing and distributing precise slide decks for compliance reviews</li><li>Ability to quantify and prioritize activities.
