Youll play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue cycle and ensuring healthy cash flow operations.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><b>Accounts Receivable &amp; Collections</b></div><div>Manage and monitor accounts      receivable aging reports and collection activities</div><div>Research and apply customer      payments accurately in NetSuite</div><div>Leverage capabilities of the      Maxio platform to automate collections activities. </div><div>Contact customers via phone and email      to collect overdue accounts</div><div>Research and resolve customer      payment discrepancies and disputes</div><div>Maintain accurate records of      collection activities and customer communications</div><div>Prepare and submit accounts to      support legal in collections efforts when necessary</div><div><b>Customer Billing Support</b></div><div>Support client billing processes      and invoice generation in NetSuite</div><div>Review and process billing      adjustments, credits, and refunds</div><div>Respond to customer billing      inquiries and resolve billing disputes</div><div>Coordinate with Customer Success      and Sales teams on billing-related matters</div><div><b>General Ledger &amp; Accounting Support</b></div><div>Assist with monthly journal      entries and account reconciliations</div><div>Prepare and post accrual entries      for various accounts</div><div>Support month-end and year-end      closing processes</div><div>Maintain supporting documentation      for audit purposes</div><div>Assist with sales tax compliance      and reporting</div><div><b>Additional Responsibilities</b></div><div>Work collaboratively with      cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues</div><div>Participate in process      improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency</div><div>Maintain compliance with company      policies and accounting standards</div><div>Provide backup support for other      finance team members as needed</div><div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div><div>Bachelors degree in Accounting,      Finance, or related field preferred</div><div>4-7 years of experience in      accounting, finance, or collections in a fast-paced environment</div><div>Strong understanding of accounts      receivable processes and collection techniques</div><div>Proficiency with accounting      software and ERP systems</div><div>Solid Excel skills and experience      with financial reporting</div><div>Excellent written and verbal      communication skills</div><div>Strong analytical and      problem-solving abilities</div><div>Ability to work independently      with minimal supervision</div><div>Detail-oriented with strong      organizational skills</div><div>Professional phone manner and      customer service orientation</div><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div><div>Experience with NetSuite ERP      system</div><div>Experience with Maxio (formerly      SaaS Optics) or similar SaaS billing platforms</div><div>Previous experience in a SaaS or      subscription-based business model</div><div>Knowledge of revenue recognition      principles (ASC 606)</div><div>Experience with collection      agencies and legal collection processes</div><div><b>Work Environment &amp; Schedule</b></div><div>Remote or hybrid work arrangement      available</div><div>Must be available during North      American business hours</div><div>Regular attendance at department      meetings is mandatory</div><div>Ability to respond promptly to      time-sensitive requests</div><div>No travel required</div><div><b>Ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values innovation, growth, and excellence?</b> Wed love to hear from you!
