You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining clean, reliable, and well-modeled datasets that serve as the foundation for analytics across the organization. As a subject matter expert in Symetra’s data models, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of our analytics teams.
