We’ve raised over $96 million from leading investors like Fidelity, Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, and Insight Partners to date.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>What will I be doing? </b><span>‍‍👩‍💻👨‍💻</span></div><div><span>With strong product-market fit and accelerating momentum, we’re now seeking a mission-driven, high-performing strategic enterprise seller to join our established commercial team. In this pivotal role, you will own and lead our go-to-market efforts across Latin America, driving market penetration, brand presence, and strategic growth in the region.</span></div><h3>Specific responsibilities will include:</h3><ul><li>Be the go-to person for Latin America: Build and own the territory across large existing and prospective enterprise customers</li><li>Generate net-new commercial sales opportunities and close new business</li><li>Develop and execute outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities</li><li>Own the full sales cycle from lead to close</li><li>Establish and grow relationships with multiple stakeholders within our prospects to drive opportunities to close</li><li>Ownership of revenue generation strategy in assigned accounts, including development and execution of strategic account plans</li><li>Provide quality feedback from prospects to our product team</li><li>Become a technical expert and point of reference for our customers and prospects in the market</li><li>Increase Sylveras revenue by helping our customers solve fundamental challenges they are facing</li></ul><h3>We’re looking for someone who: 🧠💚</h3><ul><li>Has 5+ years of experience, including in enterprise selling as a top performer</li><li>Is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish</li><li>Is based in Sao Paulo and willing and able to travel to customers and events on a regular basis</li><li>Self-starter mentality, ideally with early-stage experience</li><li>Highly curious on helping solve customers problems</li><li>Creativity to generate leads and create and qualify opportunities from scratch</li><li>Able to build strong champions and navigate complex organisational structures</li><li>Is target oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious quotas in enterprise sales</li><li>Brings structure to sales stages</li><li>Is comfortable with ambiguity and confident in exercising good judgement</li><li>Has a hunger to learn, be coached and become a world-class salesperson</li><li>Cares deeply about the climate and ecosystems of the earth</li></ul><h3>Preferably has:</h3><ul><li>An established network across multiple industries</li><li>Experience in value based selling in large enterprise settings </li><li>Experience selling sustainability, ESG, or ratings solutions</li><li>Previous experience in international companies will be highly beneficial</li></ul><div>We’d like someone highly ambitious, motivated and eager to propel their career forward.
