Job Description - This position is 100% Remote - Malta or Spain Duties: <ul> <li>Establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish’s products and services</li> <li>Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email and video conferencing</li> <li>Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients</li> <li>Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams.   </li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar fields</li> <li>2+ years’ of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions on the fly</li> <li>Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds</li> <li>Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football</li> <li>Results driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results</li> <li>Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Sports betting industry experience</li> <li>Experience working with cross functional teams (Engineering teams a plus)</li> <li>Experience working with API-oriented products</li> </ul> Salary is €29,000 - 40,000 <h6>Swish Analytics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
