Technology partnerships are essential to Supermetrics growth due to their continued importance to our customers, go-to-market and overall company strategy. The key goals of the technology partnerships team are to broaden Supermetrics product distribution and market reach, increase company revenues and enhance the competitive and strategic advantages of our platform. In this role you will be operating as a senior individual contributor responsible for managing growth and outcomes through an ecosystem of existing and future technology partnerships for Supermetrics. Your key responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Managing and strategically growing a portfolio of existing partnerships. Operating as the engagement manager on these partnerships and overseeing business rhythm activities and growth initiative development with these partners in conjunction with our internal teams.</li> <li>Manage the development of business cases and opportunity analysis for new partnership pursuits. You will support negotiations and planning with partners throughout the process.</li> <li>Engage cross-functionally and work closely with internal teams, such as product, marketing, sales, customer success &amp; operations to accomplish our goals and objectives.</li> <li>Develop trusted relationships with our partner ecosystem and within the industry more broadly - help identify and source new business opportunities. Represent Supermetrics where needed at partner and industry events externally.</li> <li>Maintain regular communication on business momentum and updates on key initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (inc. at the leadership level).</li> </ul> This position is for you if you have: <ul> <li>5+ years experience in technology partnerships &amp; business development experience in a rapidly growing global software or technology company with demonstrable results and impact.</li> <li>Current or previous experience of working within the AdTech, MarTech or Data Technology segments is a key requirement for this role.</li> <li>You thrive on building from scratch, engaging with diverse stakeholders and teams, and excelling in your role.</li> <li>An understanding of SaaS/subscription software business models operating in an ecosystem with a large number of partners.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of the factors that contribute to sustainable partnerships over the long-term.</li> <li>You have a strategic and systematic approach to thinking, with an ability to understand the interconnections and nuances between different types of partnerships and a wide range of business objectives.</li> <li>Ability to manage and guide outcomes through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.</li> <li>Effective at developing connections with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization.</li> <li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability and confidence to present up to the leadership level internally and externally</li> <li>Demonstrated capability of working effectively with minimal supervision and comfort in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>An attentive team player who prioritizes working together towards shared goals.</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.</li> <li>You are comfortable working across time zones when needed and are willing and able to travel globally to support delivering the required impact for this role.</li> </ul>   Pay Transparency Statement: The base salary range for this role is $132,000 to $160,000 USD annually + bonus.  On-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $165,000 to $200,000 annually. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S.based candidates.
