Come lead the charge in growing Supermetrics on the EMEA market with us! We’re looking for Account Executives to join our sales team in Dublin or Helsinki! In this role, youll collaborate with a skilled team to generate new revenue growth across the assigned region. Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Building a sales plan for your book-of-business (account base) and for new business generation so that you over-achieve your targets</li> <li>Prospecting and booking meetings with select target accounts in your territory.</li> <li>Managing both inbound leads and outbound outreach to increase pipeline opportunities.</li> <li>Engaging in customer growth initiatives by expanding existing client relationships.</li> <li>Working with our solution and technology partners to source and close new business.</li> <li>Acting as a coach and mentor to SDRs helping you fill your calendar with quality meetings.</li> <li>Executing sales calls &amp; product demos.</li> <li>Educating prospects, submitting proposals and negotiating deals with prospects in marketing, data engineering and operations.</li> <li>Updating Salesforce with all activities - we prioritize our data being clean and accurate.</li> <li>Following up on your sent proposals &amp; negotiating and closing deals.</li> <li>Taking responsibility for enhancing your understanding of our products, the field we operate in, and especially our API and Data Warehousing solutions.</li> <li>Meeting weekly with your teammates to collaborate and share tips &amp; thoughts.</li> </ul> This position is for you if you have: <ul> <li>Minimum of a few years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to the EMEA markets.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to close outbound deals effectively.</li> <li>Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in French and English</li> <li>Experience selling Martech/Adtech solutions or solid knowledge of digital marketing, business intelligence, or data warehousing ➡️ youre selling to marketing &amp; data professionals.</li> </ul> Benefits we offer… <ul> <li>Healthcare benefit</li> <li>Generous paid time off and parental leave.</li> <li>Flexible remote policy</li> <li>Various external trainings to support your career development</li> <li>Sports and wellbeing allowance</li> <li>Weekly lunches at the office and biweekly breakfasts.</li> <li>A comprehensive benefits package that includes equity options</li> <li>High-quality work equipment</li> <li>Hybrid working where the sales team can work remotely for up to 3 days per week</li> </ul> Benefits may vary depending on location.
