Reporting to the Manager, People &amp; Culture, you will translate organizational people strategies into actionable plans and lead their implementation. This role bridges the gap between strategic HR planning and day-to-day execution, requiring both operational excellence and strategic thinking.</span></div><h3>What you’ll be working on:</h3><ul><li>Partner with business unit leaders to understand their needs and translate company-wide people strategies into tailored solutions.</li><li>Provide data-driven insights and reporting on key people indicators</li><li>Serve as a trusted HR advisor, identifying trends in people data to proactively address issues and support business decisions</li><li>Lead implementation and improvement of HR programs, policies, and practices </li><li>Manage core HR processes (performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement survey and action planning) while ensuring consistent policy application</li><li>Coordinate leave of absence requests with Total Rewards and Payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies</li><li>Coach managers on effective people management and provide guidance on performance plans and career development</li><li>Support learning and development initiatives by assessing offerings against evolving business needs</li><li>Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience</li></ul><h3>Who we’re looking for:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a related field</li><li>4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience</li><li>CHRP preferred</li><li>Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, lead multiple projects, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions</li><li>Strong knowledge of systems and technology</li></ul><div><a href="http://super.com/">Super.com</a><span> is an equal opportunity employer.
