Your Role As Enterprise Sales Director (Healthcare), you will report directly to Summer’s SVP of Commercial as you develop and oversee our healthcare sales strategy. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with our healthcare enterprise ICP, move with urgency to fuel growth, and partner with external and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to ensure success.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and consultative, with experience selling and closing complex organizations. This person has 5-10 years of professional enterprise sales experience, preferably at a high-growth company or startup selling B2B to healthcare companies. This person has an extensive network of healthcare professionals, including channel partners, and will leverage existing healthcare relationships and networks to build pipeline. As the Enterprise Sales Director (Healthcare) you will: <ul> <li>Identify, engage and close healthcare enterprise targets to meet annual sales targets</li> <li>Engage with the Executive and C-Suite level, including CFOs, CHROs, and their respective organizations</li> <li>Lead sales calls, analyze data, prepare presentations, develop pricing, and structure deals to help clients achieve their goals and grow the business for Summer</li> <li>Be an expert with industry trends, client needs and the complex enterprise buying process</li> <li>Research and understand the prospective client’s business goals, objectives and challenges</li> <li>Work closely with sales leadership and marketing to generate leads and build pipeline of private and public sector medical organizations</li> <li>Leverage an existing professional network in order to grow a pipeline of healthcare prospects and continuously build to expand the network.</li> <li>Effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally with Product, Client Success, Legal and others to ensure deals close and clients have a successful onboarding experience</li> <li>Communicate accurate and timely revenue forecasts to multiple levels of management</li> <li>Actively participate in the preparation and execution of GTM strategies, events and conferences, relevant trade shows and campaigns</li> <li>Up to 25% travel required to clients, conferences, and internal onsites</li> </ul> Recommended Experience <ul> <li>Proven Success: 6+ years of strategic selling into Enterprise and/or Mid-Market accounts 5+ years of high performing sales experience (Minimum)</li> <li>Professional Acumen: Experience calling on C-Suite and senior management with executive presence.
