We are a purpose-driven company with a passion for innovation and a growing global presence.  What impact you will haveWe are seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong experience in server-level power distribution and data center electrical systems. This hybrid role bridges IT hardware and facility infrastructure—covering everything from server-to-rack power design through to data hall distribution, PDUs, and MEP systems. The ideal candidate will bring a systems-level perspective to innovate, design, and deliver next-generation data center solutions in partnership with both OEMs and hyperscalers. What you’ll do<ul> <li>Design, develop, and validate electrical architectures from server to rack level, including PDUs, busbars, and cabinet-level power systems.</li> <li>Engineer and review data center electrical infrastructure, including LV/MV distribution, switchgear, UPS, and generator integration.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical (MEP) and design &amp; build teams to ensure electrical systems align with cooling and overall facility architecture.</li> <li>Partner with OEMs (e.g., AMD, Dell, Nvidia, Supermicro) to optimize electrical integration at the rack and chassis level.</li> <li>Support innovation and R&amp;D projects, developing scalable electrical designs for next-generation immersion-cooled environments.</li> <li>Contribute to D&amp;B project execution: design review, vendor selection, commissioning, and on-site validation.</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation, electrical schematics, and test protocols compliant with global standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, etc.).</li> <li>Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of all power systems while meeting sustainability and energy-efficiency objectives.</li></ul> What you’ll need<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>5–10 years of experience in server power distribution and/or data center electrical systems.</li><li>Proven track record with OEMs (AMD, Dell, Nvidia, Supermicro, etc.) or MEP/hyperscaler environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of rack-level electrical design, PDUs, and power topologies.</li><li>Experience with data center design standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE TC9.9).</li><li>Familiarity with immersion cooling or advanced cooling methods a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and project coordination skills; ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.</li></ul>Our job titles may span more than one job level.
