You’ll work on-site at least 4 days a week and remotely one day each week. You’ll be a trusted partner to Warehouse Operations leaders and employees and People &amp; Culture partner teams. You’ll spend your time balancing day-to-day “HR” needs of the site with strategic work like driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting business results through people-focused solutions. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
