We’re growing very quickly so the pace is fast, but you will be working alongside other very smart colleagues with brand new technologies, in a fun, collaborative environment, and growth opportunities are numerous.   In our stack we have php, mongodb, orientedb, redis, docker, javascript / typescript, node.js, and vue.js among others. We have a complete stack for functional testing, from unit to E2E and also for non-functional, specially for performance. We welcome the use of new tools/languages that help us improve.   Specific responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Lead the cultural evolution in the Software Engineering team through the use of best practices to ensure product success, like test automation, monitoring, product specifications, pipelines configuration, testing strategy, etc.</li> <li>Create reports and metrics that detect risks of future quality issues.</li> <li>Continuous researching for new technologies and solutions to improve the quality,  self-train and train software engineers on them.</li> <li>Understand in depth the customers needs, observe behaviors in order to identify usage patterns to improve the quality assurance processes.</li> <li>Document the design patterns/best practices for the automation framework.</li> <li>Design, development and maintenance of tests.</li> <li>Be responsible for the development pipeline in terms of quality on CI.</li> </ul>   Skills Required: <ul> <li>Vast (4+ years) experience automation testing web applications.</li> <li>Experience developing using automation frameworks in Node/JS like WebdriverIO, NightwatchJS, Puppeteer, <a href="http://cypress.io/">Cypress.io</a>, etc</li> <li>Experience working using Page Objects, UI maps, etc (widely accepted design patterns for Selenium).</li> <li>Experience with CI such as GitlabCI, Jenkins.</li> <li>Experience in unit testing.</li> <li>Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Testrails, etc;</li> <li>Ability to work well in a team environment.</li> <li>Fluent oral and written Spanish skills.</li> <li>Oral and written English communication skills.</li> </ul> You get bonus points for having: <ul> <li>Experience developing in another programming language (Node.js, Python, etc).</li> <li>Experience working in agile environments like Scrum, Kanban, etc.</li> <li>Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.</li> <li>Good interpersonal and negotiation skills</li> </ul>   What We Offer <ul> <li>A competitive salary</li> <li>Remote work, work from anywhere</li> <li>Heath insurance coverage</li> <li>Meal, education and sports reimbursements</li> </ul> </div>
