We are looking for individuals who have established relationships with court reporters and enjoy making them feel like they are an extension of the team.  If you’re looking for a company that offers support, guidance, an abundance of killer giphys, and unlimited potential to grow into your best self, you can bet we’d love to have you too.  On a regular basis you will <ul><li>Develop new and maintain existing relationships with court reporters, knowing how to have difficult conversations when needed.</li><li>Use Steno’s scheduling tools to book court reporters for depositions and ensure accurate information and timely follow-up; go out of your way to assist and remove any friction.</li><li>Proactively track assignment deadlines and follow-up with court reporters to ensure timely delivery of transcripts to clients; use tools and reports to guide this work.</li><li>Understand Steno’s processes and tools; use this knowledge to educate court reporters and promote best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with Steno’s operational leaders to advocate for the court reporter’s experience, provide feedback, and come up with innovative ideas to help improve processes.</li><li>Have difficult conversations with reporters who fall short of expectations around professionalism and attendance.</li></ul> You’re gonna crush it if<ul><li>You have 2+ years of prior experience at a Court Reporting agency and have owned the scheduling process for court reporters in a specific region (having a strong network of court reporter professionals is a bonus!) </li><li>You’re proficient on Mac and PC and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly (Google Drive experience is a plus!).</li><li>You provide amazing customer service and operate with a hospitality mindset</li><li>You effectively prioritize among competing tasks and possess overall good time management skills</li><li>You have worked through highly detailed processes at an efficient pace, staying organized </li><li>You have demonstrated flexibility and deal with ambiguity from time to time comfortably</li><li>You have and employ excellent listening skills and exceptional verbal and written communications skills </li><li>You have shown strong integrity and are trusted to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li><li>You thrive in a fast paced environment and know how to balance multiple high priority tasks  </li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary - $23-$25/hour</li><li>Health, Vision, &amp; Dental Benefits - generous company-sponsored health plans for both employees and dependents, including comprehensive vision &amp; dental</li><li>Wellness/Mental Health - shared benefits to be used among employees and families</li><li>Flexible Paid Time Off - allowing employees to find balance in their lives</li><li>Options of Equity - we know our success is nothing without our team</li><li>Access to a 401k through Guideline</li><li>A home office setup and a monthly stipend to offset internet and phone costs </li></ul> Our Team  The Provider Operations team is the court reporter’s best friend, always working to get the right reporter on the right job every time, and keeping them cared for all along the way.
