We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.</div>About the role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop core features of our healthcare platform. The Stellar Engineering Team offers an experienced and mature engineering culture, product development best practices, and an environment where every engineer impacts the Company’s success. Each team member, regardless of seniority, has the opportunity to have a direct, measurable impact on the product. Our team focuses on iterating quickly on features and products to determine what works best and drives business goals. We look for engineers who write clean, scalable code and contribute to our collaborative team culture.  On the Perform team, we’re focused on driving provider engagement in the Stellar application. This includes everything from monitoring performance, predicting performance, simulating performance and taking actions to improve performance (think surge pricing, etc). Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role.
