We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.</div>About the position:   This role will report directly to the VBC Organizational Leader and work across product, operations, risk adjustment, quality and performance management teams. The Senior Medical Director is tasked with clinical management and oversight for Stellar’s MSSP ACO and risk-based payor contracts, inclusive of performance strategy and developing new interventions and levers to improve patient outcomes through Stellar’s Application and Incentive Model.  The Senior Medical Director will also spend ~20% of their time focused on Stellar’s Technology Platform business and supporting Customer and Provider Success Teams in executive engagement with key stakeholders at Payor and Provider entities. This hire will thrive in a dynamic and growing environment and serve as a clinical leader to operational and product teams to serve as the voice of the provider as we build for success. Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role.
